At DT Waller and Sons, we take pride in the quality of our premium meats and gourmet products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we offer a dedicated resolution process for any items that do not meet our rigorous freshness standards upon delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please examine your delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure all perishable items are in perfect condition and the vacuum sealing is intact.
- 2.Document Concerns
If you notice any issues with quality or damage during transit, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging labels as soon as possible.
- 3.Contact Our Butchers
Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery by emailing your order number and photos to our support desk for immediate review.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once validated, we will process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method; please note that physical returns of perishable food are typically not required.
